No Man’s Sky
One of our favorite video game development teams ever, is Hello Games. We first fell in love with the UK-based company from playing its Joe Danger series, and have purchased the title on nearly every platform we have in our homes. The indie studio continues their quality efforts to PlayStation 4 and Microsoft Windows this summer, with the upcoming release of No Man’s Sky.
Since its reveal three years ago, the single and multiplayer adventure survival video game is set to feature 18 quintillion unique planets and will offer endless gameplay possibilities through its universe. If you’ve ever wondered what the true meaning of an open world genre game means, you’ll have the ability to explore and discover any and every planet in the galaxy.
From collecting natural elements from different conditions in planets, the title literally sticks to its name; which we’re most excited for the multiplayer side of things in seeing user created worlds. While the die-hards of the video game industry have been acceptive of the title, including making it the forefront of new IPs to look out for this year; the game’s success won’t depend on casual consumers – in comparison to most of its competition over the next 12 months.
