A First Look at NBA LIVE 16’s Online Co-Op Game Feature “Pro-AM”

This shit definitely looking lit though, b!

With new developers, a new engine and transition to next-generation, our good friends at Electronic Arts are still trying to recapture the magic they lost in the past with their basketball simulation game. In our personal time, we’ll openly admit to disliking both virtual hardwood titles – but more so the NBA 2K series for taking over their competition then continuously putting out mediocre product to the public (see: WWE).

Above, EA Sports introduces their new Pro-AM gameplay mode, which features LIVE Run & Summer Circuit. In LIVE Run, gamers will be able to play a five-on-five online pick-up game with friends or strangers in five of the most popular courts around the world. This will be limited to created players only but the fast-paced action in games of 21 should be intriguing for you to keep playing. Then we have Summer Circuit, which will require you and others to team together in a pursuit across North America to play on the courts made by the legends of the NBA.

Unlike Live Run, which allows for only created players, S.C. will feature the inclusion of NBA superstars. Take a look at the impressive clip above, which may have some of you giving NBA Live 16 huge considerations this year, if the free Live Pro-AM Beta lives up to expectations this September 15th on Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
