On Tuesday, the open world action game Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag will be releasing on current-generation consoles. To coincide with the upcoming release and follow-up to the Drake commercial we were shown last week, Ubisoft provides an official launch trailer for their upcoming AAA title. The current-generation versions are shown in the trailer (sadly, not impressive at all), but Ubisoft has publicly said that the Xbox 360, PC and PlayStation 3 versions are the non-ported models; meaning they’ll run better than the next-generation version. We’re sticking to the PC version for the title (as usual), but purchasing current-generation if your PC can’t perform versus buying a next-generation would be logical this season.
