Lieutenant Damon Baird of the legendary Cog squad of the Gears of War series gives us a walk-through of the single player campaign. Here, we’re shown declassified missions which will enable us the ability to get a 3 star rating at the end of every mission with the more stars you have at unlocking new characters, armor skins and a special secret we’ll have to wait until March to find out.
We then jump into the all new dynamic “smart spawn system (s3 for short)” which every time you play; the action will change every time. Then we conclude with being shown new weapons for the game including breech shot which is most effective at mid-range, the sawed-off for close range which now holds two shots per clip, and for the first time ever we’ll be able to use any tandem weapon with a broom-shield. Get ready to “Trust Your Guts” on March 19th 2013 when Emergence Day officially begins.
