So Sam Is Dead…Or Not? Here’s the latest trailer for Ubisoft’s upcoming seventh installment of Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell entitled “Blacklist.” In the “Fifth Freedom” we’re previewed to Sam Fisher of the newly formed 4th Echelon unit doing whatever it takes at all cost to stop the Blacklist countdown from reaching zero escalating terrorist attacks on the country.
From the looks of it, it seems like the team is taking the “Call of Duty” approach in this game making it less stealthy. We here don’t personally mind, but we’re not sure the diehards of the series will be intrigued to play the “new” Splinter Center. In the meantime, look out for more footage of this game in the coming months as we’ll get to see the final verdict this spring when it hits retail stores.
