Last weekend at PAX Prime, one of the stand-out titles many fans were drawn to was the official public demo for Dead Island 2. Developer Deep Silver took a break from time with imminent consumers of the title to sit down with Rev3Games and discuss what fans can expect this spring. In comparison to the traditional game’s theme of being based in a resort island, the new installment for the series will take place throughout various locations in California of both Los Angeles and San Francisco. The key component that we grasped from the interview above, however, was the jaw-dropping 8-player co-op we’ll see in the final retail version.
Along with a slew of zombies you can expect to flood in the Golden State, find out how the Unreal Engine 4 will be making a splash to Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One next year.
