Before the Xbox One released two months ago, Dead Rising 3 was sought by many to be one of the console’s Killer App titles. While sales have remained above average, Microsoft’s exclusive survival zombie horror title has been seen a few hiccups in its release.

Yesterday, users received a massive 13GB mandatory update, ensuring online compatibility for current and future content as well as patching what’s been plaguing the title. Tomorrow, Capcom will be releasing their first piece of DLC for DR3 entitled “Operation Broken Eagle”, serving as the pilot episode for Untold Stories of Los Perdidos.
