Cut the cord, DualShock 4 controllers require no more USB plug-in for PlayStation 3!
Still waiting to play some quality next-generation games? We are too, but Sony has now enabled your PlayStation 4 DualShock 4 controllers to have compatibly with its predecessor console, the PlayStation 3. The DS4 was already functional on Apple and PC upon launch, but now users can enjoy the blue powered stick with some of their favorite classics.
This was found recently in the latest firmware patch update by social media, allowing users to game wirelessly on the PS3 (previously only through wired). Now with no USB cable cord required anymore, you’ll just have the simple task of connecting through Bluetooth synching to enjoy classic series’ from Uncharted, God of War and our favorite being Mass Effect.
