Returning this fall!

For the entire decade, EA Sports has been having difficulties with revamping their NBA Live series. After going four full seasons without a single release for the title, their Florida-based developer had some success during the demo release of NBA Live 16. While the franchise still needed some touch ups throughout the season, EA would go forward with its release.

However, last year, just weeks before Live 17, EA opted to not release their game – leading many to believe a major fail could’ve happened again. Now, EA Sports is fully confident with their new Frostbite Engine from FIFA 17, Mass Effect: Andromeda and Battlefield One last fall, and plans to unveil their updated titles for Madden NFL 18 and NBA Live 18 in a few months.

Along with FIFA 18, a special EA Play event in Hollywood is set to take place June 10-12th; as every sports title, including the next Need for Speed game will be playable in three months. With a new physics system in place, we’ll be closely monitoring Madden and Live after e3 in Los Angeles.
