With the release of FIFA 14 just under two weeks away, EA Sports have expectedly upped their promotional game in order to boost anticipation for the initial release, following the release of the demo this past Tuesday, which includes the option to test a number of teams in action.
Building on Drake‘s appearance in the previous commercial, GameStop have chosen to put together another advertising scheme starring Clint Dempsey, one of the US national team’s most important players. Keeping to the positive spirit of the modern game, the now Seattle Sounders player wants a particular user to up his excitement level after scoring a pretty admirable goal, with Dempsey appearing out of nowhere and urging the gamer to get onto his feet and perform several moves of his own. Though a little damage is taken, Clint suitably acknowledges the effort with praise to advertise the exclusive celebration bundle at GameStop, which is only available by pre-ordering.
Make sure you pick up the game in stores on September 24th.
