“Gears of War 4” Next-Generation Debut Gameplay Trailer

Gear of war invades next-gen in 2016

The story of the Microsoft E3 event in Los Angeles today (with the exception of the mind-blowing Minecraft demonstration for virtual reality on Windows 10) has been the whereabouts for Gears of War. Only a week removed from remaining their in-house studio to the Coalition, the company formerly known as Epic Games finally unveiled its long-awaited next-generation transition of the franchise to Xbox One.

Above, is the debut gameplay trailer for Gears of War 4, which will be arriving to Xbox One (maybe PC) during Holiday 2016. Although the game has noticeable frame rate issues if you look really close, the title still managed to give us an original vibe, look and feel of the franchise we fell in love with 10 years ago on Xbox 360.

Studio head, Rod Fergusson also unveiled the Gears of War Ultimate Collection, which arrives in full on August 25th; but a beta is currently live for Xbox Preview Members right now. Take a look at the moonlight trailer above, and look for details to emerge throughout the week and year for Gears 4.
