If you have Xfinity cable. . .
This weekend, the official beta for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 has invaded PS4 consoles. While Xbox One owners will have to wait another week to get their hands on the title (August 10th), we’ve already been playing the title for a few hours. Those of you who pre-ordered the title are probably already playing, which is being promoted as the only way to get in the beta.
However, we’ve come across a free method to play the title without pre-ordering, but it requires Xfinity cable. If you have a valid subscription to Xfinity cable or internet, you can log on their website and get a free voucher for Black Ops 4. The title clocks in just under 40 gigabytes, so it might be up to two hours before you can play – depending on your internet connection.
Take a look at steps below on how to get in the beta.
If you have an Xfinity cable or internet account:
Go to Xfinity Site to get Private Beta access code
Head to Call of Duty Site with access code for PS4 or Xbox One
Redeem code from Call of Duty site on PlayStation Store or Xbox Live
Beta live now on PS4, Available August 10th on XB1
