With thankfully a matter of days to go until the full release of FIFA 14, EA Sports have put together a piece of short footage examining one the game’s most important features in real ball physics, which has arguably been one of the main focuses in its production.
As one of the most memorable scientists of all time, we’re provided with what could only be the ghost of Isaac Newton’s approach to the changes that have been made, all regarding how the ball technically reacts while in motion. Courtesy of leading Borussia Dortmund player Robert Lewandowski, we’re shown exactly what the developers have chosen to add in order to increase the opportunities of scoring. The likes of the dipping, rising and knuckle shot are the latest to be included in the franchise, which are all actions that occur in the real game, even though EA have never included such precise ball movement in previous year.
Don’t forget that the game will be available in stores on September 24th.
