Sony’s Project Morpheus gets an pre-E3 teaser on The Tonight Show

With the 2014 Electronic Entertainment Expo briefings set to partake tomorrow afternoon, Sony wanted to share an early look of the first ever television debut for their Project Morpheus peripheral. The virtual reality headset is scheduled to be released in 2015 and will be fully functional with the PlayStation 4 (and hopefully most of its top titles). Sony reps and tech expert Joshua Topolsky allowed actor Channing Tatum and Jimmy Fallon to get a taste of the unreleased headset on The Tonight Show.

While all parties involved were channeling their inner Preston Waters from Blank Check for an even dumber looking alpha game, we’re intrigued from the video’s because the headset and controller seems extremely responsive. While Microsoft hasn’t been able to properly produce a GREAT non-family title on the Kinect, we’re hoping Sony reveals more future AAA titles going virtual.
