When the Xbox One launches this November, Killer Instinct will be making its return to video game consoles for the first time in nearly 20 years. During adolescent years, along with Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter, the Midway Games and Nintendo original title remained active in our gaming cue due to its similarity between the two top fighters drawing their own dynamic parrell to standout.
Now with Microsoft having exclusive rights to series, we’re excited to see K.I. back on the market. In the latest trailer from developer Double Helix Games, we’re shown a look at brand new character Sadira, who looks to fit the mold of what personifies the series.
K.I. hits the Xbox Live Store on the launch day of Xbox One, which will not be a full retail price of $60. The catch to the game however is that it only ships with six characters; presumably being Jago, Sabrewulf, Glacius, Chief Thunder and Black Orchid. Additional characters will be added in the future, with Sadira serving as the main face of the new characters. You can check after the jump and get acquainted.
