Earlier this month, Konami Productions revealed the Metal Gear Solid V Experience (Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes and Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain) would be releasing this Spring 2014 on all current and next-generation Sony and Microsoft video game consoles. In recent months, we’ve the seen the game in action using the all new Fox Engine technology to set itself apart from its previous release, but even a 2013 Grand Theft Auto V is having series creator Hideo Kojima wondering how the next-versions will match-up against current-gen GTA.
Earlier today, he revealed on twitter on future DLC dropping a megaton in the video gaming industry revealing the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 would have exclusive content released at launch. This now makes the Sony version the only viable experience to enjoy next year, as we’ll be purchasing on PlayStation 4 next year, traditionally.
After the jump, you can view the new MGSV poster and a revealing of multiple single player and side-op missions within the game. We’ll have more news this Friday regarding the game if anything major surfaces, but look for MGSV: Ground Zeroes this Spring for the MSRP of $29.99 physically, or $19.99 digitally.
