One of the biggest gripes the hardcore of the Xbox 360 has been the lack of clear chat communicating while signed into Xbox Live. Since the release of the 360 over 8 years ago, we’ve only seen one audio codec upgrade which happened during the 2010 fall dashboard update. While it was a major step up from its previous quality, the sound still wasn’t clear like Skype chatting. Now with Skype launching on the Xbox One, the voice chatting quality has improved drastically, as MS has released sound comparisons for gamers to compare.
