Forza Motorsport 5
Platforms: Xbox One
Release: November 22, 2013
Although we’re getting Gran Turismo 6 and #DRIVECLUB this holiday as well, the best racer on the market will be Forza Motorsport 5. Much like Dead Rising 3, we’ll be picking up Forza 5 when the console releases next month not only due to its jaw dropping graphics and heavily updated library in area of exotic cars; but more simply due to the fact of impulse triggering. For the first time ever in any racer, we’ll get impulse vibration feedback how we race cars on tracks or slopes, which its main emphasis is to make gamers into better drivers on Forza.
Much like real life, the less “rumble or bumps” you have in the card, the better you’re driving. Now with Project Gotham likely to never return on console’s Forza has become the official poster boy racer for Microsoft thanks to Turn 10 Studios officially moving into the Sim-racer lane of gaming.
