Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag
Platforms: Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Wii U, Xbox 360, Xbox One
Release: October 29, 2013
With the exception of Grand Theft Auto V, no game this year has seen more promo (virally or in person) than Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag. Ubisoft Montreal is will be releasing the game on current generation consoles but as well as launch titles for upcoming Microsoft and Sony systems. If you’ve enjoyed the large environments in the past for the series, it will now become a totally open world experience featured in its three main cities Havana, Kingston and Nassau.
What’s drawn us to Black Flag, is its ability to transcend from traditional sandbox gaming and open world adventuring elements in just a matter of seconds. This will arguably be the biggest game of 2013 outside of Grand Theft Auto V in our opinion.
