PlayStation VR Demos Invade Retailers This Weekend

PSVR is now public!

With the 2016 edition of the annual Los Angeles e3 events wrapping up in a few hours, Sony has announced their PlayStation VR device will be available to the public this weekend.

Staring right now, at more than 30 Best Buy and GameStop locations, gamers will be able to get their hands on the long-awaited first-party peripheral. Throughout the summer, that number is expected to expand to about 300 locations across the states and north of the border, as consumers will have the entire summer to decide if they want to purchase the device for $399 this October 13th.

At launch, it’s expected to feature 50 games – including must-have titles Resident Evil 7: Biohazard, Gran Turismo Sport, Super Stardust and Rez Infinite, that are expected to make a splash to the VR within its first three months of hitting retail. Check out for details below and let us know in the comments if you plan on spending some free time at Buy More and FuncoLand.
