Splinter Cell Community Developer, Zack Cooper, is featured for the next video installment for the upcoming action-adventure stealth game Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Blacklist. In the video clip, Cooper welcomes the re-introduction of “Spies vs. Mercs” explaining the rules in a game-play video for fans new to the series and/or mode.
