In a little over a week from now, 2K games will be releasing an upcoming shooter entitled “The Bureau: XCOM Declassified.” Some of you may remember seeing XCOM unveiled at E3 back in 2010 as a first person shooter, but the 2K Marin team has went back into the game numerous times for a suitable product gamers can enjoy. The title has been in development for nearly 7 years and has been changed to the third-person perspective using Unreal 3. The games setting is in the 1960’s, with the premise being to stop all extraterrestrial incursion on American Soil, having a similar “X-Files” vibe to the title.
In the aftermath of an epic battle in Pima, New Mexico, the Bureau’s Special Agent Carter and his men face the ultimate price for erasing the truth.
