With “SEX” in the title of a new series, you’ll get some viewers to tune in because its selling point. SHOWTIME Networks has a hidden gem on their hands with Master of Sex, exploring the pioneers of the science human sexually. While the show has a serious sarcasm in its over the top promiscuous premise (Lawd bless Lizzy Caplan), Masters of Sex shows us how back in the 1950s, the majority of women didn’t know what exactly an orgasm was. Although the series is on a premium channel, we expect it to still have a big impact from a commercial aspect being the first of its kind.
