THE MANY FACE GAWD
The last time HBO tried to tease us with a Game of Thrones clip, it was more like a refresher of the terror that happened last season. After posters, season premiere dates and photos from the upcoming and highly anticipated sixth season of the series, they hit us with a bit to stomach on.
The latest teaser premiered before the debut of Vinyl on Sunday night and shows all the faces in the library at the House of Black and White. You know, the Hall of Faces that the Faceless Men put on when they need to go out into the world. Among those shown are previous season casualties like Nedd and Robb Stark, his wife Catelyn, Jon Snow and even King Joffrey.
Interestingly, the faces of Cersei Lannister, Tyrion Lannister, Daenerys Targaryen, Sansa Stark and even Arya Stark appear on the wall, so does that mean there will be a massacre next season? If you peep the order, the faces come in chronological order with the deaths on the show. Whether that proves to bring the deaths of all (or even some) of those portrayed on the wall is the question.
The point is, we don’t know shit.
Season 6 of Game of Thrones premieres March 24 only on HBO.
