You might remember earlier this year that Adam Sandler caught some flack from Native Americans for some of the offensive jokes used in the script for his new Netflix Original film The Ridiculous Six. It ultimately led some of those actors up and leave the set in the middle of filming. That didn’t stop the movie from being completed, though.
With a release date of December 11th, exclusively on Netflix, the movie follows Tommy “White Knife” Stockburn as he embarks on a adventure filled journey across the Old West after his long-lost outlaw father returns. On the journey White Knife isn’t alone as he’s joined by his five brothers played by Terry Crews, Luke Wilson, Taylor Lautner, Jorge Garcia and Rob Schneider.
The movie, directed by Frank Coraci and written by Tim Herlihy and Adam Sandler, also stars Will Forte, Steve Buscemi, Danny Trejo, Nick Nolte, Whitney Cummings and Harvey Keitel.
