Cassie certainly made a comeback the past few weeks thanks to singles on the dolo and with G-Eazy. Instead of just giving us a music video for each, she’s taking things a step further and providing a short film for fans to enjoy before the roll out of her new album. On cassie., the singer explores a toxic, yet very passionate relationship, in which she’s traveling with her love and going through the ups and downs of their time together.
The film starts out very open and sincere, as the two talk about some personal topics, when about halfway things go from loving and passionate (the happy side), to under the influence and argumentative. Cassie and her man can be seen arguing inside the hotel room, out on the street and having a myriad of problems, yet still keeping the spark of love deep down.
Many have probably experienced relationships like this. Whether you love them or not, you can probably take some part of this and relate it.
