Supergirl arrives this fall on CBS!
Last month, a surprise early screening of the Supergirl pilot surfaced online – nearly 6 months before its original planned debut on CBS. Whether or not this was intentional from the network to help gain more buzz before its fall campaign, the response from fans and critics has been overwhelmingly positive over last two weeks.
With San Diego Comic-Con nearing in just under a month, Warner Bros. Television and DC Entertainment finally revealed when the comic-book based project will invade TV and HULU. Joining Limitless, Code Black, Life in Pieces, and Angel from Hell as the collective of new series for CBS, Supergirl will premiere this October 26th at 8:30pm ET/PT. Show star, Melissa Benoist confirmed the news through social media, as the show will have some help from a new episode of Big Bang Theory airing a half hour earlier. However, beginning the following week, the series will move into its regular 8:00pm ET/PT slot on Monday, November 2nd – following its pilot premiere.
