Chief Keef Opens Up About His Family, Childhood on ‘The Therapist’

This week’s new episode of ‘The Therapist’ saw Dr. Siri Sat Nam Singh sit down with a vulnerable and revealing Chief Keef.

The Chicago rapper, who recently got out of jail for the second time this year, took part in the session lasting just over 20 minutes. He talks about getting into trouble with the law on a daily basis, living with his grandma as a child, unconsciously getting authority from the streets in place of his father, and looking up to his cousin Blood Money, who was killed a few years ago. He also names the many people he’s lost to violence.

“I’ll never have to have a gun again,” Keef says during the conversation. “I don’t feel that way.”
