Google Reveals Nexus 9 Tablet

Just in time for the holiday season

We’ve been waiting for the Nexus 9 for a minute, following every leak and bit of information that has trickled out the past few months, but Google made the announcement today after a year of mystery. The N9 tablet, made by HTC, will be out on November 3.

The 8.9 inch tablet will come equipped with Android L (or Android 5.0 Lollipop, as they call it) and the specs on it are top of the line for a tablet in today’s market. It will come jampacked with a 64-bit dual-core processor, a Nvidia Kepler GPU, an 8MP rear-facing camera and 3MP front-facing camera, with battery to last around 9 hours in normal use.

There will be 3 models of the Nexus 9: 16GB for $399, 32GB for $479, and an LTE-enabled 32GB model for $599. You’ll be able to cop at your favorite stores like Amazon, Best Buy, Gamestop, Google Play, Office Depot, Office Max, QVC/HSN, Radio Shack, Staples, and Walmart.

You better believe we’ll have this when it drops.
