With the atmosphere surrounding HBO series being one of “being cancelled, delayed or cut short,” it seems like the network is trying to throw mad shit at the wall in hopes that SOMETHING sticks. Viewers are about to get a shit ton of new series and one will be pattered after the online Vimeo series of the same name, High Maintenance.
The show is created by husband and wife, Sen Sinclair and Katja Blichfeld and will follow a weed dealer as he makes deliveries to customers throughout New York City.
For anyone who has ever dealt with a dealer and/or been one themselves, you would know these relationships have a variety of different dynamics. Every client is unique and comes from a different background, with multiple personalities all coming together in the name of good herb and chill times. It’ll be interesting to see how each one plays out. We’re already intrigued.
