Since 2015, the public has been waiting on details for the return of True Detective. After taking the last two three years off, HBO finally greenlighted production for the show nearly a year ago.
With filming wrapping up a few weeks ago, HBO capped off their Sunday night episode premieres with an official trailer for the upcoming third season. The anthology crime drama television series is set to see the introduction of Mahershala Ali, who stars in the lead role detective Wayne Hays.
