After sharing first photos last month, Netflix releases the debut trailer for their upcoming House of Cards season five. In the new dramatic teaser, we get a tease of the mirrored Presidential Election race, which entails to be crazier than its real-life counterpart we just witnessed 6 months ago.
Things continue where they left off last year, as Frank Underwood’s battle against right-wing primary Will Conway will likely get messy – with past secrets emerging to the public eye. While Frank is looking to capture the current race, he has vivid plans to rule for years to come saying, “Underwood 2016, 2020, 2024, 2028, 2032, 2036. One nation Underwood.” With his immediate team still in place to handle his dirty work, we also get acquainted with a major actress joining the series.
Look for season five of House of Cards to premiere Tuesday, May 30 on Netflix.
