Meet ‘Google Cast’!
It’s no secret that Chromecast is one of our favorite devices, if you’re a regular reader of the site. Presently, we surprisingly use it more than our PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles and we’re just waiting on them to finally add WWE Network. Google has now introduced their latest technology for audio lovers, Google Cast.
If you’re familiar with the usage of Chromecast through iOS, Android and Chrome book devices, Google Cast features a very similar ease of use for all users. Popular apps like Pandora, iHeart Radio, NPR One and hopefully Spotify at launch, will all be accessible to blast directly from your device to Google Cast Ready speakers.
This spring, the first Google Cast Ready speakers will be available from Sony, LG, and HEOS by Denon to start. While many other brands are set jump on board of the soon-to-be popular mainstream affordable audio caster, we’re already having serious considerations on jumping aboard this plan in a few months. Watch a preview of Google Cast in the mobile device demonstration to speakers for parties or casual private affairs.
