One of the highlights of yesterday’s Super Bowl (HINT: it wasn’t the game), was Jerry Seinfeld’s reunion with Jason Alexander on a mini episode of “Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee.” In the clip, the two play their old Seinfeld characters and head to Tom’s Restaurant like old times. Besides arguing about how George ruined a prior Super Bowl party because he over-cheered, George gave Jerry the blessing to go to the party without him. Of course, Jerry had to run into Newman and eventually skip out on the shindig because he would be there. To end things, the Pacer hilariously dies while they’re trying to make it back to the apartment to watch the rest of the game.
If Seinfeld was still on in 2014, this would be what it was like. We are convinced of it. Thank God these two got together for one comeback episode.
