John Singleton Talks “Snowfall,” Working in TV on Late Night

One of the new TV shows we’ve been keeping up on, and for good reason, has been FX’s Snowfall. Legendary director John Singleton is part of the series and as under-the-radar as the show might be, it has plenty of potential. Singleton was recently on Late Night with Seth Myers to talk about the show and why he got involved in the first place. He actually called it the “ghetto Game of Thrones.”

He also compares the TV and movie game and what he likes about each, as well as how he fell in love with film at an early age and the impact Boyz N The Hood has had over decades.

Speaking of Snowfall, the show has been renewed for a second season, so you can catch up now without feeling like it was a bust and wasted your time watching it.
