Later this year, Vic Armstrong will release his apocalyptic thriller Left Behind, which is based on Tim LaHaye and Jerry B. Jenkins’ series of novels of the same name.
The plot finds millions of people vanishing across the world without warning, leaving only their belongings behind. Nicholas Cage plays the role of Ray Steele, who is the pilot of a jet and has the task of landing a plane and calming passengers, while the world below gradually deconstructs from gridlocks and riots. Thankfully for Steele, his daughter is part of the few groups of survivors left on earth. Chad Michael Murray, Nicki Whelan and Jordin Sparks all co-star.
The film will be available in theaters on October 3rd.
