What would it be like if they shot a movie that took place entirely in a car? Well, thanks to director Steven Wright, and lead actor Tom Hardy, we’re about to find out what happens to a man alone in his BMW.
Hardy is widely known for his roles in Inception, The Dark Knight Rises, and Lawless, to name a few, but becoming Ivan Locke is a completely new journey. The film focuses on your everyday construction foreman Ivan Locke, who ends up stuck in the middle of the drive of his life. Attempting to hold it together while talking to loved ones and those closest to him over the phone, actor Tom Hardy transforms into a transparent man that will have you feeling like you’ve known him for years.
We just want to find out how the drive ends and we’ll all get a chance to take a ride with Locke when it opens in the US April 25th.
