Life Of Crime
Much like the previously detailed The November Man, Life of Crime centers on a novel of its own from Elmore Leonard’s popular book, The Switch. Originally seen last year at the Toronto International Film Festival, the crime-comedy film sees its long-awaited stateside release.
Starring our girl Jennifer Aniston, Yasiin Bey (Mos Def), Isla Fisher and Will Forte among many more, the forthcoming crime drama is one under-the-radar release you don’t want to miss out on this weekend. Jennifer Aniston assumes the role of socialite Mickey Dawson, who’s targeted in a kidnapping plot for extortion by two ex-cons.
After they successfully complete phase one, the two quickly find out Dawson’s husband refuses to pay the ransom and must now think of an alternate plan. With only so many hours to get their task done from the pair of knuckleheads, there’s enough within the storyline to at least catch our attention and yours if you come across the film in limited leisure time.
