The Calling
Thriller, The Calling has been another film that’s been under-the-radar in our eyes, from limited promotion over the last few weeks. Starring Susan Sarandon, Gil Bellows, Ellen Burstyn, Topher Grace, Donald Sutherland, and Christopher Heyerdahl – The Calling focuses on protagonist and detective Hazel Micallef, who lives an ordinary life until a string of murders surface the sleepy town of Fort Dundas. Hazel must protect those in danger from future gruesome situations from a serial killer, who she later finds out is answering to a “higher calling”.
