With the film receiving an overwhelming response at the festival in August, Cheryl Strayed’s memoir Wild: From Lost to Found on the Pacific Crest Trail comes to life two years after its publication. 20 years ago, Cheryl journeyed across the Pacific CrestTrail all by herself as a mind relaxation experience. Following her mother’s death, a divorce and years of reckless behavior – the hike was one of the lesser fatigues she’s seen in life.
