What We Do in the Shadows
New Zealand mockumentary comedy horror film, What We Do in the Shadows, has been in promotions for well over a year. Including premieres dating back to the Sundance Film Festival in January 2014, Funny or Die and the New Zealand Film Commission has stand-out release this month – surrounded by a slew of romantic-comedies. The new film centers on three vampires (Viago, Deacon, and Vladislav) are struggling to adjust to modern society. Paying monthly rent is the least of their worries, as the three also have a hard time of getting into clubs throughout the streets of Wellington for their nightly fix of non-vampire blood. Coincidentally, the film arrive on Friday the 13, which many people could be surprised tonight at the gem on their hands, courtesy of Funny or Die.
