The Theory Of Everything
Last September at the Toronto Film Festival, viewers were granted one of the most interesting films of the year, The Theory Of Everything. Focusing on the theoretical physicist / cosmologist Stephen Hawking and literature Jane Wilde, we’re shown how one of the most influence couples in the world fell in love together at Cambridge University in the 1960s. While the renowned astrophysicist soon became paralyzed for the rest of his life, before his diagnosis at 21, he had Jane by his side the entire time, the two broke grounds in science and medicine – more than what they would have ever envisioned together.
While the story seems romantic, there’s a lot of drama that happens in the mini-autobiographical tale making a splash to the big screens. Starring Eddie Redmayne, Felicity Jones, Tom Prior and Emily Watson among many more, the British romantic biographical film is one many viewers definitely need to check out in their life this month.
