Addicted
With music curated by our girl Estelle, drama-thriller Addicted finally sees a release for movie goers. Based on legendary novelist Zane’s erotic-thriller, director Billie Woodruff brings the popular book to life in an official film adaption. Starring Sharon Leal, Boris Kodjoe, Tasha Smith, Tyson Beckford and William Levy – Addicted centers on a woman by the name of Zoe (Leal) who’s living out her American dream of marriage and lovely children, but unfortunately isn’t satisfied. She comes across satisfaction juggling a promiscuous life of sleeping with multiple partners, which one affair leads to her slowly seeing her life spiral out of control. Whether it’s worth the risk remains to be seen, but you this is definitely one of the standout films coming out this weekend.
