Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day
Any adult who’s faced an awkward situation as a child can relate to the new release of Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day. The forthcoming Disney family-comedy is almost guaranteed to be a hit in our opinion this weekend when the final 3-day tallies arrive for Monday morning. With Steve Carell, Jennifer Garner and Ed Oxenbould starring in the film, many parents dragged to the theaters will be able to enjoy some dry humor situations at times throughout the course of its plot.
Speaking of which, the film centers on an 11-year-old boy named Alexander (Oxenbould), who’s experiencing one of the worst days of his life when gum of all things gets stuck in his hair. After explaining the situation to his closest family members, he sees little sympathy – until they all experience similar occurrences. Young Alexander offers plenty of hilarity once his family has their own very bad day.
