How long has it been since we’ve seen an evil and murderous doll? We seriously miss the days of Charles Lee Ray or Chucky, but that film genre returns tonight with the release of Annabelle. The once pigtailed doll a traditional couple expected to be the best friend to their newborn daughter, soon threatens the family, who are victim to a satanic cult. Those of you who remember the popular film The Conjuring, should get a sense of what this storyline offers in its both prequel and spin-off affair.
The supernatural horror film could be one October’s only horror films to hit the mainstream if Warner Bros. properly runs promo for it.
