The Quiet Ones
One of the more intriguing films releasing today is Liongate’s British Hammer horror offering, The Quiet Ones. Starring Jared Harris, Sam Claflin, Olivia Cooke and Erin Richards, it’s been out in the UK for two weeks; while those stateside will get a chance this weekend see after a brief waiting period. The Quiet Ones centers on Professor Coupland and his team of students, who conduct an experiment on a young woman.
Upon their exploration, they uncover something much deeper than their initial impression, as a terrifying dark and unexpected force is revealed throughout the course of the movie. Those of you out there into the super-horror flicks as well as poltergeist-themed situations, this is definitely something worth to check out in the next 72 hours.
