Movie goers, welcome to the month of April!
Last weekend, the animated comedy HOME scored a $115 million opening weekend, almost surpassing its official budget of $135 million. While it’s unlikely the DreamWorks Animation multi-million dollar project will finish as the no. 1 overall grossing film for its second week is very unlikely, we still expect a close race to start the month of April. Along with Will Ferrell and Kevin Hart’s Get Hard film opening to an impressive $34 million in the midst of top A-list projects, we have an obvious elephant in the room pictured above that we expect to smash through all competition for the next 72 hours.
