What We Did on Our Holiday
You may know her from the chilling role in mystery film Gone Girl, but Rosamund Pike returns to theaters tonight in a rare comedy affair. Also starring David Tennant and Billy Connolly, meet UK comedy-drama film, What We Did on Our Holiday. With summer here, Doug and Abi decide it’s time for a family vacation and need to take a trip to Scottish Highland’s for a birthday party. Their three children are unaware of their parents secret, which Doug and Abi are looking to keep the confidential news to themselves before Grandfather Gordie’s big birthday party. We’re not sure if this project will be able to reach the masses on summer impact, but the British presentation should be intriguing for those with video-on-demand – who don’t come across it at cinemas this July.
