Heaven Knows What
After premiering at Venice Film Festival in 2014, teen-drama Haven Knows What finally hits theaters. After developing a significant buzz over the last few months, the film starring Buddy Duress, Ron Braunstein, Eleonore Hendricks, Arielle Holmes, Caleb Landry Jones and Yuri Pleskun is something we might be giving a second look. Without ruining too much of the film’s premise, a teen girl is struggling with a heroin addiction and must prove her love to a significant other by slitting her wrists. The Harley loves Ilya twist using more modern and drug-influenced elements from Joanie loves Chachi is something that may be a gem for movie goers this weekend.
