Star Trek Beyond
The Star Trek series is back tonight, as Justin Lin and Simon Pegg present the world with Star Trek Beyond. The new film serves as the third installment in the reboot series, as a follow-up to the 2013 release, Step Into Darkness. Starring Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Zoe Saldana, Karl Urban, John Cho, Anton Yelchin and Idris Elba – the new movie centers on The USS Enterprise encountering their latest ruthless enemy, who puts them and everything the Federation for to the test.
While exploring the deepest areas in uncharted space, a surprise attack from the lizard-like dictator, Krall, leaves The Enterprise stranded in rugged wilderness. As Kirk, Spock and the rest of their crew battle a new deadly alien race, while trying to find a way of their hostile planet, Krall’s out to find an ancient and valuable artifact that’s aboard the damaged spaceship. With reviewers and fans all giving the two thumbs up approval, it’s in your interest to make a trip to local theaters.
